Welcome to your appointment experience! I’m thrilled to be your stylist and support your hair journey. The policies below help protect our time together and ensure a seamless, stress-free experience. Please read through them and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
I am honored you decided to trust me with your beautiful hair. I specialize in seamless color that looks beautiful no matter what lifestyle you live, (when work life/mom life hits and the only thing going right is your hair). It is my goal to know you very well so I can interpret your needs and offer changes when you need them. Below you will find all the information on my policies. GUARANTEE
I want you to absolutely love your hair, and I stand behind my work. To ensure your color lasts and performs the way it’s intended to, my Service Guarantee applies under the following conditions:
Home Care Requirements
​Your results continue after you leave the studio, which is why proper home care matters.
To qualify for my Service Guarantee, you must either:

Purchase a baseline retail system from me (professional shampoo + conditioner), or

Confirm that you are already using high-quality, professional products at home.​
Improper or drugstore products can quickly strip or alter your color and in those cases, the guarantee cannot be honored.

What Is Covered
If you experience undesirable results within 2 weeks, (such as faster-than-expected fading, a toner shifting, or a highlight appearing brighter than intended) and you’ve followed recommended home care, I’m happy to provide a small adjustment at no additional cost.

These complimentary adjustments are meant for minor refinements, not full appointments.

What Isn’t Covered
The Service Guarantee becomes void if:

You alter your hair at home, (coloring, toning, cutting, etc.)

You visit another stylist for any service on your hair after your appointment with me
-
You decline to use professional home care​ products
​
Additionally, some results require additional services due to factors outside my control, (previous color history, color buildup, porosity, environmental exposure, washing frequency, at-home heat or chemical exposure, etc.).
In these cases, the necessary service(s) will be booked and charged at full price.

Larger Changes
If you decide you want something different from what you originally agreed to, (such as going brighter, darker, adding dimension, or shifting your overall goal) that is considered a new service.
Full service pricing applies.

My Commitment
If there is a mistake on my part, I will gladly correct it within the 2-week window at no charge.

My space within the salon is a calm, cozy retreat. Elevated, peaceful and intentionally designed to help you relax. From the moment you settle into my chair, the experience is meant to feel unhurried and comforting. Enjoy a delicious coffee or tea, a relaxing service with a soothing scalp massage and an atmosphere where you can fully unwind. Whether you’re in the mood for great conversation or prefer a quiet appointment to simply rest, this is a space where both are always welcomed.

What I value most is the relationship I build with my client, many of whom I’ve had the privilege of caring for for over 15 years. Trust, open communication, comfort and mutual respect are the foundation of everything I do. I love connecting over real life, kids (I’m a mom too), dogs, plants and great shows or movies. My hope is that you leave feeling beautiful, refreshed and genuinely pampered. Rejuvenated not just in how you look, but in how you feel.
